During early pregnancy, fatigue can occur. Every time, you can feel lethargic means the blood pressure and sugar level are down.
- Breast changes

The urgent need to urinate occurs because the embryo secretes the pregnancy hormones like HCG which increases the blood supply in the pelvic area. This results in bladder irritation and urine is passed in small amounts. Sometimes, the reason can be diabetes or urinary infection.
Due to the hormonal changes, the food will pass through the intestine slowly. You need to drink plenty of water and exercise. Include the food items which are full of high-fiber.
- Pimples and acne
One of the most common symptoms is pimple and acne during pregnancy. Once, the hormone level stabilizes the problem of pimple and acne will settle down. Make sure to never squeeze a pimple as it can result in scar and increase the bacterial infection.
After ovulation, of 8 to 10 days there will be light spotting which occurs when the embryo is implanted in the uterus lining. The spotting is not the same as the menstrual cycle.
